Key responsibilities

  • Demonstrate REDPS compliance — including the prohibition on student data sale
  • Submit to independent bias evaluation using Caribbean data, including for existing tools
  • Meet interoperability standards and offline/low-bandwidth requirements
  • Disclose how AI-mediated decisions affecting learners are produced
